Tommy Vedes Chips Up During the Break

Tommy Vedes raises to 24,000 from under the gun, he’s called by Ronny Beda, Oshima Kazu, Shawn Cunix, and Bruce Snell. 

Six players see a flop of [Ks5d2d]. Snell checks, Vedes bets 86,000, and everyone folds except for Beda who calls. 

The turn is the [Qd], Vedes and Beda both check. The river is the [Qc], Vedes bets 71,000 and Beda goes into the tank. 

While Beda is in the tank the rest of the field goes on their 10-minute break. Vedes finally calls for the call after six more minutes, leaving only four minutes of break. 

WPT Executive Tour Director Matt Savage counts down one minute and after no action from Beda he declares his hand dead, giving the pot to Vedes.
