Tadashi Takei Doubles Thru Chengjie Ji

With the board showing on the turn and about 600K already in the pot, Chengjie Ji bets 400,000 from the small blind, and Tadashi Takei (pictured) thinks for a while before he calls from the big blind.

The river card pairs the board with the , Ji moves all in for 2,115,000, and Takei goes into the tank with 1,735,000 in his own stack.

While Takei thinks, he asks for a look at Kuang Hung Lee’s stack (~1.5 million), even though he isn’t in the hand.

After a long tank, Takei eventually calls, and Ji shows for two pair, sixes and threes. Takei turns over to win the pot with a higher two pair, jacks and sixes.
