Siamak Tooran Raises it Up...Twice

Siamak Tooran is building a stack and has just won two decent pots in back-to-back hands.

The first was against Peter Jaksland and Josef Gulas. All three put 10,000 in on the flop with on the board. On the turn, Jaksland (middle position) bet 17,000. Tooran (big blind) check-raised to 45,000, which got Gulas (under the gun) and Jaksland both out of the way.

The very next hand, Tooran three-bet to 18,500 from the small blind over a button open from Farukh Tach. The flop fell and Tooran check-raised again, this time making it 28,000 over Tach’s 12,000 bet. Tach tank-folded.
