Robert Renaud Rides Rockets to the Chip Lead

Rami Hammoud raises to 8,000 under the gun before Robert Renaud three-bets to 50,000 in the big blind. Hammoud moves all in for 170,000 and Renaud snap-calls.

“Deja vu,” Renaud says as the flop gives him top set. The turn gives Hammoud a set, but it isn’t enough once the completes the board as he is sent to the rail.

“The last time we played together the same thing happened,” Renaud said as he shot up past 500,000 and into the chip lead.
