The early action in the remainder of the level culminates in two all in showdowns just before the blinds go up and Tobias Peters takes a big hit to his stack.

Jean Montury raises to 50,000 and Ramon Sol three-bets to 155,000 from one seat over. Peters in the small blind asks to see the stack sizes of both opponents, then four-bets all in out of the small blind. Montury eventually folds and Sanchez calls for 670,000.

“I folded tens,” Montury says in table chat in French as he sees Peters with Diamond KHeart K and Sol with the Spade AClub K. The board runs out Club JDiamond 9Diamond 3Club 10Heart Q and Sol makes broadway on the river to almost cut the stack of Peters in half.

At the same time one table over, Kalidou Sow pushes into two short stacks from the button and David Pecheur calls for 325,000 in the big blind.
