Only a Bluff Catcher For Tabet

Giorgia Tabet raises to 650 in the cutoff and Salvatore Castorina calls in the big blind. The flop is [Kc] [7d] [3h] and Castorina checks to Tabet and she bets 800. Action back to Castorina and he check-raises to 1,700 and Tabet calls. The turn is the [4h] and Castorina bets 3,000 and Tabet once again calls. The final card is the [9c] and both players check and the hands are revealed.

Castorina was the aggressor so he turns over first and shows [As] [Td] for the bluff but incredibly Tabet has a weaker hand with [Ac] [8h]. Judging by the facial expressions and mannerisms after the hand Tabet must have thought Castorina was check-raising with air but her bluff catcher was just not strong enough.
