Daniel Erlandsson makes a raise from under the gun and Mikhail Shakhnovich calls in the big blind. The flop is [5d] [4h] [3d] and Shakhnovich checks to Erlandsson who bets 19,000. The action returns to Shakhnovich who has a stack of around 130,000 and he moves all-in. Erlandsson calls instantly and Shakhnovich looks like he has just seen a ghost. Shakhnovich turns over a sneakily played [As] [Ac] but Erlandsson has flopped a straight holding [Ad] [2c].

Erlandsson has Shakhnovich covered and his future at WPT Prague seemed doomed until the dealer gave him a [2h] on the turn to create a split pot. The river [5h] didn’t alter anything and the spoils are shared.
