Lozowski Powers Through Bosnjak

Feb 19, 2013

Dominik Bosnjak is first to act and he raises to 900. The action folds around to Wojciech Lozowski in the small blind and he is bopping away to his music. He stops dancing and miming lyrics to ask Bosnjak, “Do you want a call?”

Bosnjak initially nods then shrugs his shoulders. Lozowski calls and Emeric Styevlik, seated in the big blind, calls too.

The [Ks][9d][6c] flop is checked by Lozowski, then by Styevlik and then bet to the tune of 1,600 by Bosnjak. As soon as the amount is confirmed by the dealer, Lozowski announces, “Raise” and eventually decides on 3,600 as his bet amount. Styevlik folds and the action is back on Basnjak.

Bosnjak takes back his original bet and replaces it with a raise to 7,200.

“I’m going to have to re-raise you,” says Lozowski before raising to 15,000 in total. Bosnjak has seen enough and he mucks his hand, leaving Lozowski to pick up the now substantial pot.
