Heads-up play has started here at Holland Casino, Amsterdam and it began cautiously. Having started heads-up with a 6:1 chip deficit, you felt that both players were just waiting for the inevitable. Eventually Louis Salter got so short that he moved all in for his last 495,000 and Danivar called.
