We missed the exit hand of Kyrre Dyregrov but we did not miss the unfortunate exit of Paul Berende.

We had reached the very last hand of the day and all of the tables, except Berende’s, had closed for the day. The action folds around to Berende who raises to 14,000 from the button and both blinds call (Rasmussen SB and Kourdourli BB).

Rasmussen checks, Kourdourli bets 20,000 and Berende raises to 51,000. Action back on Rasmussen and he tank-folds before Kourdourli puts Berende all-in and he calls.

So Berende was in the lead, "black deuce," said Berende.
