Jeremy Dan's Straight is Good

Following a raise to 3,500 by Erik Seidel in the hijack, Jeremy Dan three-bets to 8,000 from the cutoff. Corel Theuma cold-calls on the button and the big blind calls as well. Seidel is the only player to fold.

The flop comes and the remaining trio all check to the turn.

Following a big blind check, Dan fires out 13,000, leaving himself under 25,000 left. Theuma calls but the big blind folds.

The river brings in a backdoor flush with the and Dan checks. Theuma checks back and Dan shows for a turned straight.

Theuma reveals for two pair on the turn which go into the muck as the pot is pushed to Dan.
