Jack Salter Taking Down Poker Tournaments Single-Handed...Literally

May 6, 2017

Jack Salter & Tom Hall

It’s not clear whether Jack Salter ran into any issues with his luggage on the short flight from Nice to Amsterdam, on his way from the PokerStars Championship Monte Carlo to WPT Amsterdam. The reason being the acquisition of two new Spade trophies!

The first was the €2,200 National High Roller for €142,600 and then he took down the final tournament of the schedule, the €15,000 Hyper-Turbo for €88,200. Sandwiched in between these two victories, he also found time to finish a respectable 95th in the PokerStars Championship Main Event for €9,540.

All in all a very successful trip for the British pro who we saw sporting his left arm in a sling.

“Collar bone?” we asked him.

“Motorbike,” replied Salter with a grin. He’s seated at a table next to fellow Brit Tom Hall in the tournament field.
