Hands #36-39: Straight Helps Oswalt Move Up

Hand #36 – Randall Price raises to 57,000 from early position and both blinds call, Margo Costa (small) and Michael Horchoff (big). The flop comes [Ah][8d][6d] and it checks to Price who bets 82,000, and both of his opponents fold.

Hand #37 – Michael Horchoff raises to 65,000 from the small blind and Corrie Wunstel defends his big blind with a call.

The flop comes [As][6c][5s] and Horchoff checks. Wunstel bets 90,000, and Horchoff calls. Both check the [7d] turn and [5d] river, and when Horchoff shows [Qc][7c] his two pair is good as Wunstel mucks. 

Hand #38 – Randall Price gets a walk in the big blind.

Hand #39 – Wunstel raises to 50,000 from the button and Matthew Oswalt calls from the big blind. Both check the [9h][4c][3s] flop, then Oswalt fires 60,000 at the [8c] turn and Wunstel calls.

The river is the [10s], and Oswalt bets 120,000 this time. Wunstel calls quickly, then mucks when he sees Oswalt table [Jd][7d] for a jack-high straight.
