Hands #15-17: Costa Clicks it Back

Hand #15 – Margo Costa limps from the cutoff and Michael Horchoff follows suit from the button. Corrie Wunstel moves all in for 1,025,000 from the small blind and everybody folds. Wunstel drags in the pot. 

Hand #16 – Jared Jaffee raises to 85,000 from the small blind and Blake Purvis calls from the big blind. 

The flop brings [AdJh5h] to the felt and Jaffee leads out for 85,000. Purvis folds and Jaffee takes down the pot. 

Hand #17 – Jaffee makes it 85,000 from his button and Purvis folds the small blind. Margo Costa calls from the big blind and the two are heads up to the flop. 

They see [3sAhQc] spread on the table and Costa comes out swinging into Jaffee for 125,000. Jaffee comes out with a raise to 315,000. Costa takes a moment before announcing a three-bet. She moves out 490,000 which is not a legal raise amount. Tournament staff corrects the raise amount to 505,000. 

Jaffee takes a moment to think before releasing his hand. Costa scoops the pot and begins to close the gap between herself and chip leader Jaffee.
