Hai Hoang Nguyen raises on the button and the big blind defends for the duo to see a flop of 
on which the big blind check-raises to 45,000. Nguyen reluctantly calls and that leads them to the 
turn.
The big blind now fires a bet worth 90,000 and Nguyen pushes all-in for another 157,000 on top. Nguyen is the effective stack but only covered by a few blinds, which triggers a tank of two minutes and a fold.
