Goncalves Eliminated by Nebezhev

Math question for all the experts out there. On the Turn [Th] [Jd] [2h] [9c] Khazret Nebezhev bets 7,700 and Candido Goncalves throws in 11,300. After a quick calculation this didn’t qualify as min raise but rather as under raise since it was less than 50% of the required amount (11,550 was the magic number) and thus ruled as only a call by the Frenchman.

The River brought the [9d] and Goncalves immediately moved all-in for 20,450 to send his opponent into the think tank. After waiting for some time, Goncalves called the clock on Nebezhev and with 20 seconds remaining the Russian called. Goncalves turned over [6c] [6h] but that was not enough to beat the [Ac] [Js] of Nebezhev.
