Friedrich Wanted More Callers

A brief but intense raising war between Miroslav Rizov and Michael Friedrich ends with the latter being all in and at risk for a total of 5,500 chips. Friedrich turns over [Ac][Ad], which draws some groans from Rizov who has been dealt [As][Ks].

The [Ah][9s][5h] flop leaves Rizov practically drawing dead and when the turn and river are the [8d] and [5c] respectively Friedrich doubles up.

“I had king-queen in that hand,” quipped Wojciech Lozowski.

“You should have called,” said Friedrich before adding, “more chips for me!”
