Fletcher Doesn’t Believe Moorman

At the start of the hand Chris Moorman is sitting behind 147,000 in early position, and Michael Fletcher has 270,000 in the big blind. The blinds are 1,200/2,400 A400.

Moorman opens to 5,400 from early position and Fletcher defends the big blind.

Flop: Aspade 8spade 4diamond 

Fletcher check-calls a 6,200 Moorman c-bet.

Turn: 7heart

The same action ensues; this time for 14,000.

River: Theart

Fletcher checks and Moorman bets 40,000. Fletcher goes into the think tank. A minute passes and he asks to see Moorman’s stack. Then he folds his arms, sits back in his chair and assesses the situation. A few more minutes go by and he makes the call.

Moorman shows Qspade 7spade for a pair of sevens, and Fletcher shows Aclub 3club for top pair.
