Five Hands Remain; Broskij Gets Bossed By Atoui

Just when the last five hands of the day were announced, a new sheriff in town has been crowned as Kamel Atoui takes on Krijn Broskij with a double check-raise and river jam to claim a massive pot.

Atoui raises to 3,500 and Broskij three-bets to 8,000, which the Parisian calls. The flop comes and Atoui check-raises from 6,000 to 15,000, the call of Broskij follows. On the turn, Atoui checks once more and Broskij bets 23,000. Atoui has none of it and check-raises the second street in a row for 59,000, Broskij gives it some thought and calls.

As soon as the drops on the river, Atoui jams all in and Broskij shakes his head with some 70,000 behind. He eventually folds the face up and gets shown by Atoui … several jaws drop all over the table.
