Our WPT National Series Cannes winner, Bruno Lopes, has just eliminated Eric Botella, and his stock has risen to 230,000.

We caught the action on the turn. The board was reading [Ad] [Ah] [Ts] [Ks] and both players were all-in. It was Botella seated in the big blind holding [Ac] [4d] and Lopes seated on the button holding [Qd] [Jd]. Botella needed the board to pair, or the emergence of the case ace. Neither scenario materialised and Botella was out.
