Devachander Takes The Chip Lead

Jason Hartman has a face that could make thunder roar from the sky. His once dominating chip lead has been reduce to the stack of an also ran. The man with all of his chips is Sunil Devachander, and here is how he got them courtesy of a narration from Joe Cada.

Devachander limps into the pot from first position and the action folds around to Hartman in the small blind who raises to 5,500. Devachander then makes it 12,000, and Hartman flats. The action checks through to the turn on a board of [7x] [5x] [5x] [Ax] where Hartman check-calls a 25,000 Devachander bet. On the river the pair share the [8x] and Devachander moves all-in for 55,000, once checked to, and Hartman makes the call.

Devachander shows [Ax] [Ax] for the full house and Hartman shows [Ax] [Jx] for two pair.

Hartman ~ 65,000
Devachander ~ 205,000
