De Vries Check-Raises Scott

The action folds around to the hijack seat on Table 5, a seat occupied by Kara Scott. She raises to 900 and receives two callers. Veselin Mareshki is to Scott’ direct left and he calls, as does Rien De Vries in the big bind seat.

The dealer puts the [Ks][9d][6c] flop into view and De Vries checks to Scott, who continues with a bet of 2,000. This folds out Mareshki but De Vries is not done with the hand just yet, far from it. De Vries check-raises to 5,200 and Scott wastes little time in folding and sending her cards back to the dealer.
