Day 1B Ends with Dao Nguyen Leading Another 11 Survivors

Day 1B of WPTDeepStacks New York attracted 62 entries, and after 15 levels of play, only 11 survived to join the field on Day 2. The big stack belongs to Dao Nguyen (pictured), who bagged up 468,000 (117 big blinds), which puts him second overall behind Day 1A chipleader Jason Holcomb, who bagged 515,000.

There were 148 entries on Day 1A (the total field size from the first two flights is 210), and 20 of those players advanced to Day 2. So far, a total of 31 players have advanced to Day 2.
