David Richard Cairns Folds the Best Hand, But It Works Out For Him

Andrej Markovinovic raises under the gun to 5,500, David Richard Cairns calls UTG+1, and Noeung Troeung moves all in from the small blind for 22,600. Markovinovic tanks for a while before he reraises to 40,000, and Cairns folds 
face up.
Troeung turns over
