Ben Winsor OUT in 6th (£20,000)

Ben Winsor made a great run to the final table, but his quest for the glittering WPT500 trophy has come to an end. Raising all-in for 3.1m chips over the top of a 550k raise, Winsor was called by Florian Duta.

Winsor was in great shape, holding K-Q to Duta’s K-J.

“It was a king-high flop, but he hit the jack on the river. It’s disappointing, absolutely, but I played well and it was a good run.” Harsh in the extreme on Winsor, he sees his chips put Duta right back in the game.
