A Billion Reasons to be Happy

Mar 26, 2013

According to the business magazine, Napi Gazdasag, Sandor Demjan is worth well over $1 billion.  So we guess it’s no surprise that he decided to re-enter after his first attempt didn’t come up to scratch during Day 1A.

Day 1B is faring much better, and the construction magnate and philanthropist is crushing his table in the same way he crushes his competitors in the business world.

Here he is winning another pot to take him to 70,000.

Demjan opens to 350 in the cutoff, his opponent seated in the next chair three-bets to 925 and Demjan makes the call.

Flop: [7h] [2d] [2s]

Demjan check-calls a 1,250 bet.

Turn: [Tc]

Demjan check-calls a 2,200 bet.

River: [Qd]

This time Demjan turns into the aggressor with an 8,800 lead. His opponent calls and then mucks when Demjan shows him the [Qd].

Demjan ~ 70,000
