After 4 days of poker action at the sunny Cote d’Azur, local businessman Kevin Tedesco won the heads-up battle against Jose Besalduch for €90,000 in the PMU.fr WPT National Main Event.
The 431-player field found its way down to two players, and after a 30-minute heads up battle, Kevin found KhTh in the big blind. Jose Besalduch, who was holding Ah8d, raised, and Kevin put in a three-bet. Jose moved all in, and after a short cogitation, Kevin called. The board ran out 4d2s3h3sTc! The river gave Kevin two pair and the win in PMU.fr WPT National Cannes.
