Martin Zentner Doubles Thru Hoyt Corkins

Jan 25, 2011

Hoyt Corkins raises to 6,000 from under the gun and Martin Zentner moves all-in for 55,000 from the button.

"Pull in the six," Corkins tells the dealer.  "I don’t think I can fold this hand."  Corkins eyes the pot and Zentner’s stack, then calls.

Since play is at hand-for-hand, Corkins and Zentner have to sit for a minute before they can reveal their hands.  Once play is complete at the other tables is complete, Zentner flips up [KcKh] and Corkins shows [AdQs].

The board runs out [10h9h9c4c10s] and Zentner’s kings hold to double him up.

Martin Zentner – 120,000 (40 BBs)
Hoyt Corkins – 283,000 (94 BBs)
