Rosa Hero Calls With Deuces

Massimiliano Rosa has just picked up some extra chips after correctly calling on the river with just a pair of deuces.

Antonio Valenti raised to 5,000 preflop from the cutoff and Rosa, on the button call. Tony G also came along for the ride in the big blind. The flop came down [5h8d6s] Tony G checked, Valenti bet 7,300 and only Rosa called.

The turn saw the [Qh] make an appearance and both players checked. The dealer put out the [8h] on the turn and Valenti bet 15,500 chips. Rosa looked as if he was going to fold, then call, then fold, unable to pull the trigger. Eventually though, he did make the call and his [2d2s] were good enough to beat the [Ks10s] of Valenti.
