Split Pot Between Hairabedian and Speranza

We join the action on a flop of [9s] [9d] [7d] and there are three players in the hand. Roger Hairabedian is first to act and he bets 5500, Alessandro Speranza calls as does Stefano Felappi on the button. The turn card is the [6c] and Hairabedian bets 1,000, Speranza calls but this time Felappi raises when he makes it 3,000. Both players call and on the river we see the [5s] and all three players check. Speranza turns over [8c] [7c], Hairabedian turns over  [9c] [8d] and Felappi turns over [Kh] [9h].

The dealer divides the pot and Felappi is the odd one out and doesn’t receive a single chip.
