Welcome to Day 3 of WPT Marrakech

Good morning and welcome to the penultimate day of the WPT event being held in the Casino Es Saadi in Marrakech.

We are set to break a few milestones today and the first will be to burst the money bubble. 33 players are going to receive at least €5,762 and we will bring you all of the coverage from the tension of the bubble.

After the excitement of the bubble there will be a rush of quick eliminations before things settle down and we have a period of calm. This will then lead us into our next milestone which is the the steady climb towards the summit of WPT Marrakech – the six-handed final table.

At the moment the man who is leading the field is the inexperienced Ian Marmion with 379,000. Just within earshot are players who know how to win events like this – Jonathan Duhamel (364,500) and Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (293,500).
