WPT Champions Club Lukas Berglund opens to 2,500 in the cut off and Gabriel Birlean peels on the button.
The flop of [Qc] [Jc] [8d] doesn’t interest either party, but the turn and river does spark some interest. The first card to be laid on its back was the [Js]; Berglund bet 2,800 and Birlean made the most nonchalant of calls. The final card was the [2c], Berglund bets 6,500 and Birlean moves all-in for 47,000 – an action that is greeted by an irritable look, a sigh and a fold.
