Tolly Sakellariou Busts and Re-Enters

Sydney’s Tolly Sakellariou earned two big bounties in the Mystery Bounty event and has been a regular at the Aussie Millions before the global pandemic. He is involved in a big pot against Yunda Xie who fires three barrels including a shove on the river for 34,500 with the board showing .

Sakellariou calls it off with the slightly inferior stack and flashes a pair of eights that quickly hits the muck, as Xie has the for a near double. After the hand is over, Sakellariou explains that he should have folded the flop but invested too many chips to fold the river with the intention of re-entering.
