Day 1C of WPT Prime Slovakia Kicks Off at Noon

Day 1C of the 2024 WPT Prime Slovakia Championship begins Friday, April 12 at noon local time at the fantastic Card Casino Bratislava. Four flights remain – Day 1C (along with Day 1E) features 40-minute blind levels, while Days 1D and 1F start at 7 p.m. each day with 20-minute levels. All flights play down to approximately 12.5 percent of the field, who are then in the money at the start of Day 2.

The surviving players from each opening flight combine for Day 2 on Sunday, April 14 to play down to the final nine players, while a champion will be crowned on April 15.

Friday, April 12: Day 1C, 40-minute levels, noon, play down to 12.5%
Friday, April 12: Day 1D, 20-minute levels, 7 p.m., play down to 12.5%
Saturday, April 13: 1E, 40-minute levels, noon, play down to 12.5%
Saturday, April 13: 1F, 20-minute levels, 7 p.m., play down to 12.5%
Sunday, April 14: Day 2, 60-minute levels, 1 p.m., play down to the final nine
Monday, April 15: Day 3, 60-minute levels, 2 p.m., play to a winner

Players begin with a 40,000 starting stack, with a 15-minute break every three levels and a 60-minute dinner break following Level 9. Late registration remains open until the start of Level 10, approximately 7:30 p.m. Unlimited reentries are allowed during the registration period, with an action clock coming into play at the start of Level 16.

Days 1A and 1B Summary

The first day of the event attracted a total of 98 entries across two starting flights, with 13 players advancing to Day 2.

Day 1A obtained a total of 75 entries, with ten players progressing and Nicola Karl (798.000) holding the current overall chip lead.

Day 1B attracted a total of 23 entries, with three players advancing and Sebastian Schulze (411,000) leading the way.
