Prize Pool Information for the 2023 WPT Prime Vietnam Main Event

The 2023 WPT Prime Main Event came with a buy-in of VND25,000,000 and the 12 billion Vietnamese Dong guarantee has been more than doubled thanks to 1,151 total entries, which set several new records. It is the biggest non-High Roller tournament for a live poker event in Vietnam in terms of attendance and prize pool, while it also becomes the biggest WPT Main Event in Asia as well.
The one year anniversary of the mid-stakes tour at the location where it all started in May 2022 surpassed the 777 entries of the inaugural edition by a landslide and it is the second-biggest tally for a WPT Prime Main Event in history. On top of the VND4,173,000,000 top prize ($177,764), the winner also receives an entry to the 2023 WPT World Championship in Las Vegas worth $10,400 with accommodation at the Wyn and travel expenses covered.
