A Devilfish Education

Dave ‘Devilfish’ Ulliot has moved tables meaning his education of life is being passed on from the right ear of Jason Koon to the right ear of Kimmo Kurko.
He has just asked the waitress what he should eat.
"Smoked salmon?"
"Smoked what? Where I come from we eat minced beef…smoked salmon?"
He then proceeded to tell the table that he hardly ever steps into the kitchen, and the one time he did, he tried to eat minced beef but couldn’t work out how to open the tin.
