David Paull Doubles Up

Jun 28, 2018

After a flop of Diamond QHeart 6Club 6, David Paull checks the big blind, a player in middle position checks, and a player in late position bets 7,000. Paull check-raises all in for 53,000, and the middle-position player thinks for a while before he calls. The late-position player quickly folds.

Paull shows Spade JSpade 6 for trip sixes, and he needs it to hold to stay alive against his opponent’s Heart AClub A.

The turn card is the Heart 10, the river card is the Spade Q, and Paull wins the pot with a full house, sixes full of queens, to double up in chips.
