ClubWPT.com qualifier Mack Lambert was eliminated from WPT Choctaw during Saturday’s action, but was back in Choctaw Casino Resort’s Grand Theater checking out the action a bit today.

Despite his elimination, Lambert had a great time and mentioned he may be back in the near future.

“At least I got eliminated by one of the chip leaders,” Lambert said with a smile. “I had a great time and the staff was fantastic.”

Not done yet, Lambert bought in late to a seniors event that kicked off Saturday morning to get himself right back in action. Not that this is any sort of huge news, but for Lambert, an 80-year-old player who overcame a long road to recovery after open-heart surgery, hopping right back into the mix is a testament to just how well he has done to leap over the obstacles in his life as he continues to love playing poker.
