Shooting Star Mike Sexton Eliminated in 22nd Place by Tuan Mai; 3rd Bounty for Mai

Shooting Star Mike Sexton (pictured) moves all in under the gun for 268,000, Igor Yaroshevskyy calls from the hijack, and Tuan Mai moves all in over the top from the button. Yaroshevskyy tanks for a while before he folds face up.

Sexton turns over , and he needs to improve to stay alive against Mai’s .

The board comes , and Mai flops a set of jacks to win the pot and eliminate Sexton in 22nd place. Yaroshevskyy, as you may have noticed, would have turned a Royal Flush.

For knocking out a Shooting Star, Mai receives $2,500, a Shooting Star Bounty Medallion, and an autographed “I Busted Mike Sexton” t-shirt.
