The World Poker Tour heads to Holland this May for the second-annual WPT Amsterdam festival. The festival runs from May 6–14 and features a €3,300 buy-in Main Event (May 10-14), a €6,000 buy-in High Roller (May 9), and eight side events, ranging in variants from pot-limit Omaha to a hyper turbo.
Reigning Season XIV WPT Amsterdam Champion Farid Yachou was a qualifier competing in his first major event when “shuffle up and deal” was announced in Spring of 2015, and days later he topped a field of 341 entries to win €201,000. Live Satellites are already underway at Holland Casino. Don’t miss the chance to qualify for the Main Event in a €330 buy-in satellite that includes a single re-entry on May 6 at 18:00, and there will also be a €550 entry buy-in High Roller satellite on May 8 at 18:00. Cash games at Holland Casino will be available each day from 14:00 until the casino closes. There is a variety of no-limit hold’em and pot-limit Omaha stakes available, starting at €5-€5. Larger limits can be spread upon request.
