The entertaining Daniele is next to leave us, getting his last 2.25m into the middle pre-flop and getting a sinking feeling when Frankie re-raised to 4m (not even half his stack) to isolate. It worked. Daniele held but he was behind Frankie’s and stayed there despite a sweat on the board.

Ultimately, Daniele has brought a lot of fun to each table he’s played at this week, and admitted that he had a ball. We’re sure that he’ll be great value in the WPT Main Event, to which each player who finished in the Top 50 places obtained a ticket.
