Hosted by poker legend Phil Hellmuth, Jr., The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and WPT® Foundation’s “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament raised $910,000 featuring the Food Allergy Department at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Held at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City, the winner of the “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament was Lance Breitstein, who defeated Dan Silvers heads up. Event co-founder and 2013 champion Dan Shak made a return trip to the final table, as did Hellmuth.

In addition to Hellmuth and Shak, notable poker players at the tournament, which will be featured in a segment on a future World Poker Tour episode, included WPT anchor Lynn Gilmartin and commentator Vince Van Patten, Vanessa Selbst, WPT Season IX Player of the Year Andy Frankenberger, Jamie Kerstetter, Scott Baumstein, and Rounders co-creator Brian Koppelman.

New York Giants lineman Justin Pugh, Eagles five-time Pro Bowler Mike Quick and other celebs also participated in the event, and were joined by Children’s Hospital chief executive officer Steven Altschuler, M.D., president Madeline Bell, hospital trustees, doctors, donors and grateful patient families, such as honorary chair Gwen Keiser of the Tioga Foundation, and Joel and Jamie Friedman. The Friedman’s were instrumental during the “All In” for Kids Poker Tournament’s first year, and continue their strong support.
