Ever since Kathy entered the tournament poker scene in 1994 she has carved her own path and made a name for herself. She placed in the money in many tournaments and her most affluent win came in 2002 when she won the Party Poker Million event. You can also see Kathy at the WPT final tables, where she has made a few, most recently at Season 4’s Borgata tournament. Kathy also has one WSOP bracelet, and has made the money consistently in WPT and WSOP tournaments for many years.

Kathy grew up in Long Island, New York. She has a degree in business and finance and at one time considered working in the stock market. Kathy’s poker career began in 1991 when she worked as a prop, a player who is paid by the house to play poker, however, the prop player plays with their own money. As her game continually improved, she wisely chose to add tournament play to her poker repertoire, with much success to follow.

Kathy now resides in both California and Nevada, where she can be seen playing at most of the WPT and WSOP tournaments, as well as other large tournaments. Kathy still enjoys playing the stock market and finds it to be a safety net from the ups and downs of being a professional poker player.
